Specimen Requirements: | Serum 2-5 ml. CSF >=1 ml. CSF only tested when submitted alongside a patient-matched serum specimen. |
Specimen Handling & Transport: | Specimens must be stored and transported to the lab at 2-8 degrees C (refrigerated/with ice packs), and should be received within 48 hours of collection. Frozen specimen should be shipped on dry ice. |

Please be certain that name/identifier on the form matches that on the specimen label. |
