| Specimen Handling & Transport: | � Store stools at 2-8 degrees Celsius and transport with cool pack. � After incubation, store enrichment broths at 2-8 degrees Celsius C and transport with cool pack. � Isolates may be stored and transported at ambient temperatures |

Please be certain that name/identifier on the form matches that on the specimen label. |
