| Specimen Requirements: | Stool specimens in Cary Blair transport media or bacterial isolates in pure culture enrichment broth (e.g. GN or MacConkey broth). |
| Specimen Handling & Transport: | Store stools at 2-8 degrees Celsius and transport with cool pack. After incubation, store enrichment broths at 2-8 degrees Celsius C and transport with cool pack. |

Please be certain that name/identifier on the form matches that on the specimen label. |
