| Collection Instructions: | Routine blood draw Note: Within 6 hours of draw, blood collection tubes MUST be centrifuged per the manufacturer's recommendation. If manufacturer's recommendations are unavailable use 2500 X rpm for 10 minutes at room temperature. After centrifugation, transfer serum to a sterile polypropylene tube. |

Freeze specimen if testing will not be performed within 5 days of collection and ship on dry ice. Frozen specimens can be tested up to 6 weeks after collection. Ship frozen specimens on dry ice. |
